Cbk, I ask someone directly involved in the fight
if he was hearing things weren't working out or if he was still as optimistic this would end this month. He didn't give me a direct answer but here is exactly what he said,

While I hear all the noise about the new system etc. I still am of the opinion that while this is fine and restitution for wrong doings is called for, I doubt crooks  will ever pay willingly. So what will one do to force payment? You cannot believe a word they say. Thus individual action is all that one can believe in. And waiting for someone else to carry the bucket is ok but you are not causing the movement yourself. Therefore you are subject to the whims of time and the initiative of others to create positive change.
You are not alone in asking about Keenan and their lawsuit. I have no doubt that there is great merit to their case, however I question whether they will see traction anytime soon. The US courts are not the way to go in my opinion. Look at Wanta and his success and inability to receive  payment after suffering so much. I believe they should have taken this straight to the Hague but that is just my opinion. In any case what they will do is gather Internet interest and public exposure of wrong doings, but is that enough? In our case, we legally put the Fed and Bureau of Public Debt into default some time ago. One would have thought this was enough. We then exposed them and the BIS for the sham that they are on a global basis to the G20. But to what avail? We still wait for restitution. However, we are not sitting still and are advancing our demands in other ways. Time will tell whether we were correct in strategic activity or not.
Dave, while I hope that which I read and hear is true and therefore brings a new philosophy into reality, it is incumbent on each party to fight the injustice suffered on a daily basis. Otherwise it is just wishful dreaming. And yes sometimes dreams come to be reality on their own. However they are more likely to come to reality with suffering and sweat. And once a fight is started, you lose when you stop fighting. So never quit, unless you are prepared to lose. And know the difference between the fight you can win and one to walk away from. Life is all about choices. None are wrong, they only cause different roads to be travelled and at the end you are the judge of whether you chose well."

Yes Al is directly involved, problem is IMO
we are not Al's number one priority, and nothing will go down until the number one priorities say so, ie china
