Mr. Kirkpatrick called me this week and we had a very good conversation. Last week, he sat down with Al and Dennis and visited for quite some time. While Mr. Kirkpatrick did not walk away with any proof, he did say that Al was very convincing and unwavering in his belief that we will be paid.

He also met with some of the most knowlegeable experts in the world on naked shorting and was floored as they explained the corruption in our government. It is nice to see someone within the company pursuing the NSS angle.

I have no doubt that Mr. Kirkpatrick is representing the best interest of the shareholders. In fact, it is the first time that I truly believe that someone within CMKX is looking out for our best interest.
