Strange email from Global Monetary Funds

Good Evening All:

I didn't know if anyone had received this email yesterday with an attachment that I have not opened

"Global Monetary Fund (GMF)" <[e-mail]> On: Dec 12/31/11 8:47 AM

READ THE BELOW ATTACHED FILE TO RECEIVE YOUR PENDING FUND.

Any opinions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated - I spoke briefly with Boyscout and he suggested posting to see if anyone else has any knowledge of this!!!

It's either a scam or a virus... A quick Google search of Global Monetary Fund didn't come up with any results.

They were probably hoping you would think it was from the "International Monetary Fund" and open the link...

I'd delete the email and scan your system, just in case...
