We need this case to be thrown out.
When Al Hodges loses, we win.
I know that's difficult to understand because so many are hung up on the 'bouncing balls' and guru's that have you running in a million different directions.
The gov't court case is exactly where its supposed to be. We are at the finish line. There's no more to say.
All of these 'bouncing balls' were created as distractions, to keep shareholders together and 'off their backs'...
...Urban spoke too much.
...Tyler didn't speak at all.
...An Al filled your heads with dis-information.
Dinar, Black farmers, Indians, WGS, Basel-3, Treasury dollars, new global financial system, Cottrell, Bonney....there's more, but you get the point.
They gave shareholders something to do. These guys are smart. Tyler chose silence over dis-information and incurred the wrath of shareholders. When Frizzell said, "It's none of your business." That shot was heard round the world.
Just know that it's over, that's all that matters.

Because it's a 'process'. That's why you've often heard the term "event driven". When I say "over" I'm not saying you're getting a check tomorrow. I'm talking about the laundry list they had to check off to get us here.
Just listen to the tone (optimism) in the messages lately...James Lowden's update in August, Al Hodges birthday thank you, Steve Walker the new IR, there's an unmistakeable upbeat positivity.
This company was forced to jump through hoops to get here, but they did it, and they should be commended for that...but I'm sure they'll happily accept cashing in their shares for a nice hefty sum.
Remember, this is all being done by lawyers...so, ya know, "I's dotted, t's crossed". There's a structure that has to be completed.
There's the way they started this.
There's a way they played it out.
There's a way it's gonna end.
Believe it or not, they're not making it up as they go along.
It's okay is everyone wants to scream "Pay me", certainly you're entitled.
The court case must be finalized.
