Step 1.. Sting the S E C ...most likely way before any shareholders in cmkm or any other company used in the STING, KNEW it was a STING!
Step 2...now that shorty and SEC were caught, entrapped.. the SEC has to do a number on the S E C.... to appear non-tolerant of SELF
Step 3...Negotiation Table bought TIME for the government to HOLD the monies gathered... the TRUST was not HELD in the hands of the TRUSTEE for years....
in my way of seeing this... Maheu, being the master he was, let them think they won.. they did in a way, and its obvious he probaby drew them a grand picture of what PAYING the MONEY.. then HOLDING the MONEY.. would DO for THEM, over a period of 5 years or so.. the Intere$t ON that massive amount of money would concoct a lot of 'deals' during those years.. and surely bring back much of the intiail payment they dropped in the TRUST.
BUT, now it surely appears the Trust has been handed over to the Right Side... and NOW mid-year
the gameplan changed to leverage what the Maheu had planned for the next stage.
imo, this is way beyond cmkm... always was.. cmkm and other companies that played key roles were vehicles. tuscan will not buy that we have zip value.. only value would have PAID off.. something UP North is so coveted that the worry was more,.. if they DIDN'T PAY the money into the TRUST... some other country would have.. for the
leverage of whats UP NORTH in those babysat claims. yes, babysat claims....imo

SEC would never want this story out there...they have created the grandest scenerio which makes them 'heroes'... using the very people that were waiting for their money. .. or at least the MONIES in the Trusts of 'one' ....
if there is a Wanta.. he has the power to ruleth now with monies on that scale.. ON LEDGER monies the gov is panicked about getting in a IRS, me thinks... what IF he has not PAID that check yet... does that money need to be IN a Private Sector Bank asap to make things run smoothly?
Those negotiating this grand EVENT are apparently, via news media, now 'dis-robing' all the arrogant wealthy that never thought they and their money would part !
Stay keenly tuned to that tv screen in the days to come.. and read the Internet papers... this is HEAT at its best, imo... and yes, I
am piecing things together and going by braille.
We know that no one can tell this story .. in fact, no one would LISTEN to anyone talking about it. You would be labeled nutz and left to fend alone - so the country is not concerned about storyline blabbermouths after PAYOUT!
That is not the concern of these who are now worried.. not sleeping ,.. making midnight phone calls and pacing the floor..
watching their stocks go down the tube and their bank accounts frozen in TIME unless they can prove source of funds.
