4 pages long, mostly dealing with an attempt by Edwards Attorney in Northern California to quash a request by the SEC to see bank records of Edwards attorney (Gewerter). The interesting part is the SEC asked for ALL bank records of the attorney, not just those pertaining to Edwards. That sounds like some one is pretty pissed off. The rumor is that Edwards already has been fined $55million, (there may be more fines or penalties), and he is trying to fight it with the NorCal attorney.
