CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Update
Progress is being made in the Casavant lawsuit. Various parties have now been served with publication and the Company will be proceeding with default judgments shortly against those that have not answered. CMKM attorneys met with attorneys for Roger Glenn last week and have agreed to a Case Conference report which will be submitted to the trial judge as is customary in Nevada courts. The parties will then be operating under a somewhat structured time line as to future discovery including depositions and other matters. The Company intends to disclose thousands of pages of documents to Mr. Glenn's attorneys this week as part of the required initial disclosures. The Company should in turn receive from Mr. Glenn any documents he and his attorneys feel are required to be disclosed under local rules."

Like Roger Glenn did anything wrong. Would he do anything to jeopardize his professional and personal life over a scam? I bet there are things in those papers that the bad guys don't want seen.

I bet this is great news.

as mr. mahue so, was mr. glenn rodgers , the reasons for purchasing cmkm , back in 05... to me both of these gentlmen represented moral standards , at one time i was a little dissapointed with mr.rodgers , ..when he took part with u.c. it ,wasn;t to clear at that time what his position was,.. after increasing the huge float in cmkm,. . however i am glad to see now that both of these men did have our interest at heart, , we will be okay , i have no doubts in my mind , i think mr. al. hodges is iceing on the cake , god bless all cmkmers of 88 and mgnt ,.. and our att;ys......twt.

i believe mr. g. rodgers should be commended,.. to suggest the abolishment of the n.s, rule , the s.e.c. croud didnt have the hutzpuh , to make it illegal ,. again mr. glenn rodgers is the right man ,at the right time ,god bless him ,and ,..all who are concerned for the well being of the s.h.s of cmkm ..this is what should have been done many months ago,.. twt ...
