February 2011..? Are these people insane..? This will have blown wide open, well before then. But then again... Maybe they know that and thus, their reasoning for the 16 month extension... The natives are getting restless and Al Hodges and Team are about to lower the boom on a few folks. So... Those responsible for this fiasco, had better pull their collective heads from their collective backsides and start compensating the shareholders. Otherwise, this is going to get real ugly, real fast... In short, Mr. or Mrs. Government Official(s) - - - Give us what we have earned and we will go away. Afterward, you can get back to business, as usual.

i am in full agreement with duc;s statement, this 2011 date is just a ruse to put off the inevi tivable , payments before the att;ys lower the boom ,. i dont see what purpose these trials, will serve other than stall the right of s,h.s. to be compensated ,.. mr mahue set up our trust with the court blessings given by judge murray , appointing mr. mahue the trustee of the fund ,.. so why should our monies be tied up for another 16 months,.. all the evidence of fraud has already been shown,.. and recieved,. the trusts is seperate and apart , from all other actions imo. this is just another cover for the gov ,and to cover there negilence in over seeing the markets as they should have ,.. now they want to punish the s.h.s. for there laxity too oversee the markets,... god bless all cmkm;ers ,,,... twt

I don't think it was a ruse...I think its legit, but with an ulterior (not nefarious) motive. Chances are probably good that they will settle this long before court. But by pushing the court date out there...it is a good faith move towards saying "okay, let's negotiate." Once the defendants have turned over all they can (info, documents, accomplices, etc) then they can settle and close the case. That wasn't going to happen in 45 days...not with 300,000 pages of evidence. LOL! My friend is in court right now dealing with an employee who embezzled 7-figures from him. She transferred the money over state lines via the internet--that made it a Federal case. He's been talking with the FBI a lot. Turns out the first attorney she had quit because "everyone knows the FBI doesn't go to court unless they KNOW they will win." Evidently that's an accurate statement. So the same could be true here...the defendants know they're not going to win and so do their attorneys. So they buy a little more time by turning over state's evidence and dragging this out a while. pr
