he United States Department of Justice has brought a criminal indictment against John M. Edwards, Urban Casavant, Helen Bagley, Brian Dvorak, Ginger Gutierrez and James Kinney alleging that they conspired to commit, and did commit, securities fraud involving the issuance and sale of CMKM stock. The United States Attorney for the District of Nevada has posted information regarding this criminal case on its website at www.usdoj.gov/usao/nv/victim_witness/case_updates.htmlFederal prosecutors will periodically update this information to notify shareholders and victims of significant events in that case and the status of those proceedings. Shareholders and victims of this alleged scheme are invited to visit the website for additional information and instructions.

From the letter: www.usdoj.gov/usao/nv/victim_witness/CMKM/Victim%20letter.pdfPlease be aware that many criminal cases are resolved by a plea agreement between the United States Attorney's Office and the defendant. You should also be aware that it is not unusual for a defendant to seek to negotiate a plea agreement shortly before a trial is scheduled to begin.

I don't remember completely, but didn't Urban, Helen and others sign and return a waiver last year stating that they would not deny their involvement in these charges, would never discuss the circumstances concerning the charges, and would agree to disgorgement of fines and penalties, etc.?
If that applies to this case, then it may go really fast..?
