pretty smart---not!!!--takes them 2 years to add to the suit new people. why not put this all together from the start instead of waiting two years ?? guess they had to get interest on the 588. 00 in order to go any further!!!lol!!!!!!

Ok I read the amended suit. My take is this had to be put out there to 1. Tell the "story" and divert from the nss as we cannot be paid publicly by the brokerages for naked shorting. 2 by casting a large net of suspects and accounts the public will never know where the money came from. After all we all know we were nss'd and the brokerages paid. Call me crazy but I always felt it would be in our darkest hour when all throw in the towel that we would get paid.

And while we're at it. How much money have you actually collected so far from all of this litigation? Why aren't these people being prosecuted? I'm sick of people telling me "next week" and I'm sick of people believing and perpetuating the myth. If you are really in control you can stop all of the bull crap. First you need to stop your own bull crap.

I can only hope that the inclusion of Roger Glenn AND his firm is a power play to force closure. IF (and it is IF) this was a sting AND, IF there are monies that have been paid; and/or promises and assurances given behind closed doors to pay the company and the long suffering shareholders - THEN maybe (Please God!), the possibility of the truth seeing the light of day may be enough to nudge things along. (I was going to say speed things along, but a nudge would equate to the speed of light at this point).
IMO only- Debi
