CMKM Diamonds Announces Settlement Agreement With Eton Properties

CMKM has negotiated an agreement with Eton Properties, Inc. which will result in a dismissal of the litigation filed in Haywood County, North Carolina. The settlement agreement between CMKM and Eton Properties, Inc. contains a strictly worded confidentiality clause so the settlement agreement will not be posted on the web site. CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has accepted a parcel of real estate in Clayton, Georgia. There is a possibility of additional litigation against unnamed third parties in order to conclude the settlement and obtain the full benefits of the settlement agreement. The Board of Directors of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has approved the settlement agreement.

So what exactly does this mean for us? Is this property that we are getting in Georgia, Michael Vick's home that he is losing because of his dog fighting activity.

At last a return on investment. We now have our very own vacation destination. There's a lot of shareholders so it"ll have to be set up like a timeshare.
I can't wait to go there and pitch a tent.

Eton had 25 acres there. Apparently that's what this is. It's in the mountain area of the state. Pretty place, lots of nice golf courses...although with 25 acres, all you could have is a putt-putt course! LOL!

Just went over to the estates we own. There are already tenants living there so we have rent to collect from them.





I guess their rent is 16 dollars a month so if someone could figure out the math, we'll soon have an idea what we are getting for a check off the property. Thanks.

7 * 16 / 50,000 = .002 / month for each shareholder. (That's more than I paid for each share) I break even in 125,000 years - woot!

There are gold mines in Georgia and there is mining in Clayton Georgia. Perhaps the properties they are talking about are mining properties..

Well that appears to be in Clayton County--not the town of Clayton. I think the 25 acres is in the town, not the county.
