www.cmkmdiamondsinc.com/Shareholder_index.html01-24-09 I would like to thank CMKM Diamonds shareholders for their input concerning our Letter to the President. Because of your suggestions, and because many of the public official contact forms require messages less than 10,000 characters, I have posted a revised version on the Company website here. This is the version that the Company is sending out to public officials in hopes of encouraging our elected officials and criminal and regulatory agencies to finally seek justice against those who have defrauded CMKM Diamonds, Inc. and its shareholders. The original, more detailed version is still available for shareholders who wish to send it to media or other interested parties. I have personally pushed for reform in our financial system for the past five years, and believe that through the unwavering diligence of our shareholders and other market reform advocates, CMKM can truly become a symbol of justice served instead of justice denied. May it be the first step to a fair and honest system that protects all investors equally and restores trust and integrity to our financial markets.

Soooooooo....let me get this straight....... The "letter" that many praised for being sent....was never sent. It took shareholder input after it was posted, when, in fact, it was delayed ( according to posts ) because some shareholders wanted the letter worded in a stronger fashion......... How inept.

All I want to know is, why does this sound like they've just begun to contact officials ?? ??
Isn't this a step that should have been taken years ago by those supposedly representing us, and continuously moving forward ?? ??
Unless my brain is a complete lost case, the shareholders have been doing this for years.
Even though I feel those that claim to represent us should take the below action in their hands, I am glad to see that the highlighted statement was made at all.

We can condense his latest update even further (with a few liberties): "Blah blah...thanks for telling me what any real writer could figure out themselves, that long-winded suck-up pieces from unknowns don't inspire the intended audience...but since I worked so hard on it, I'll keep it around to go look at from time to time (since nobody else will, apparently).
By the way, I'm also very naive about utopian-like market changes...blah blah..."All tongue in cheek, BTW (where else could it be?) C-Dub

I respectfully wonder why we post anything from the "company," especially anything from MArk Faulk. He lies to the shareholder base, misleads, mocks, uses..etc. No need to elaborate because it's a well known fact the kind of person he is. In counseling they might call this relationship codependent and the participants (shareholders in this case), doormats. Time to shake off the mock CEO and all his merry men!! Exit rows are to the back!
imo and no disrespect to the shareholders intended, whatsoever!
