Tomorrow's the first CEO Chat with the new CEO, Mark Faulk. Should be interesting.

“Shareholders’ Corner” will feature regular updates from CMKM Diamonds, Inc. CEO Mark Faulk. The Corporate Update section (formerly named "CEO Message") provides information about business and legal developments as they occur.

Also, Mark will host a CEO Chat the first Friday of each month from 9-10AM Central Time, which will air live on Toginet.com. Mark will take questions for the second half of each show. A quick note to answer a couple of concerns from shareholders. In reference to information sent out by Bud Burrell, Bud was a middleman to put that info into the hands of certain officials in the hope that the CMKX situation will continue to receive the attention it deserves. In light of the national events of the last couple of weeks, it is crucial that our story be heard by the right people. Any official documents were sent directly to the person who requested them, but the information should never have been leaked publicly. Bud nor anyone else not directly involved in investigations has knowledge of any individual's or companies' names that are a focus of our investigations.

It would be beyond detrimental to our investigation to release any detailed information to anyone not directly involved in either researching or investigating potential claims that CMKM might take against those who defrauded the Company and its shareholders. There are two choices here, either release ALL information to shareholders to be publicly reposted on message boards and compromise our legal position, or do what is best for the Company. Given those choices, I will always take the course of action that is best for CMKM Diamonds, Inc., which in turn is ultimately what will best benefit the Company's shareholders.

On a separate note, I am currently in New York, and will be available only on a limited basis for the next few days. I have received numerous phone calls about recent events, and I apologize if I haven't had time to return some calls. Things are very hectic, and the Company is making excellent progress in its efforts, but this is a marathon, not a sprint. Please be patient with us as we concentrate our efforts on the task at hand.

Mark faulk had his once a month show today to talk to shareholders.

As you know he discontinued the FAQ sessions so this is suposed to be the only way for shareholders to communicate with the management.

Now,

The this once a month communication was for one hour,
of which, We had to listen to Dewayne .. talk his hart out for the first 35 minutes as the lines were not open to shareholders at all.

So one Dewayne, who sold CFRN radio show to Togi.inc of which Mark Faulk was president of,
And one Dewayne, that is still employed by Cfrn , drawing salary, after he already made money by selling the Radio Cfrn to Togi,
is the one that monopolizes 35 minutes of the whole length of 1 hour show that is supposed to be dedicated to the shareholders.

So Dewayne essentialy took over 50 % of the time lot talk uniinterupted with Mark faulk ..
the time that was supposed to be for shareholders.

When finnaly they opened up the lines,
there was 25 min left.


But again not even those 25 minutes were alowed for shareholders as the CFRN cut off the 4th and last shareholder that got on the line by cutting off the show and putting the music on at exactly 10.56 am est.

That is full 4 last minutes of the show were cut out.

So essentialy shareholders themselves had only 21 minutes to possibly get on the air and get their questions heard and hopefully answered.

21 minues out of the whole 1 hour show that is supposed to be dedicated to shareholders was essentialy available to shareholders.


NO FAQ's any more, they are canceled
and 21 minutes for shareholders on air,
cut off last 4 min before the end of the show,
and one Dewayne monopolizing 35 minutes of the show , over 50 % of the time.

So this is our monthly communication with the company.

4 shareholders got on the air, last one cutt off from the start ( 4th caller), myself 3rd caller, cut off as well at some point,
and first and second one i dont remember.

Clearly this is neither sufficient nor a sincere effort to communicate and focus on shareholders questions and issues.

My take on Mark Faulk's Show

Big mistake today.

First of all why are they wasting time talking with Dwayne for 30 minutes? Bull. The show in the future should start with a quick hello and let the phone calls start.

Next Mark as CEO keep your answers shorter you go on way too many tangents.

Next I would highly recommend doing a show next Friday with new guidelines set up and if need be do a 2 hour show to allow more callers to get on.

Even I kept my question short and moved on.

And one more thing Darren seems nice enough but the show spent 7 minutes or more dealing with him and he is not even a shareholder.

I know there are kinks but the kinks can be worked out very quickly with another show next week.

Mark Faulk gave his first radio chat this am , and I'm caustiously optimistic in what I heard. You must realize that we..the shareholders..are not the only ones listening in...so are the bad guys...so Mark was understandbly...LOW KEY....the one thing he stated several times....and it's the one thing that I constantly say myself is..." I wouldn't be here if I didn't think that we can get some money back for the shareholders "....now don't get all warm and fuzzy about that statement..fundamentally ...this is a legal play that needs to work its way out...things are in a state of flux and that means....time!!!....what we have here is a team in Tyler working for us as best as they can...for me..there is more than a little hope to become a viable company...but one that has nothing to do with diamonds or mining...but once a company....a company where the short position must be COVERED....all the best...have a great weekend
