I don't know what all the complaining is about. I think Mark Faulk is a good choice. He's familiar with the history of the company, and is likely to provide more transparency into what's going on than we have seen in the past. He can deal with the public while Kevin and Bill go after the bad guys, and get the company going again.

Hi SKippergas, I totally disagree. Other than transparently showing an 'in your face' disregard for the concerns of the majority of active shareholders by choosing Mark (who has belittled and antagonized shareholders of goodwill with his smarmy self righteousness proclamations) - I doubt there will be any further transparencies forthcoming.

I hope Mark proves me wrong. Given the people he has favored from the beginning I doubt he has any good surprises for the shareholders. Expect the same 'chirps' coming from and going to the same old buzzards.

What a progression...from IBM to our Faulking CEO...

Does anyone else see a minor conflict of interest situation evolving here...? Someone writes a book with substantially more detailed information than the 40,000 of us shareholders have dug up in the same period...then is suddenly crowned CEO?

How did he get access to all his information? How can we have any confidence that the information he presented wasn't influenced (at best) by certain promises from the company, perhaps in exchange for a book that would seemingly paint the Tyler crew in a much more flattering light than other former key CMKX leaders?

I'd love to be told the real Faulking truth with this company, just once...

It seems like everything is the opposite of what it is supposed to be... I'm like everyone else, it seems that this is being done deliberately... If Mark had been the founding President and then the company hired Urban and Maheu.. That would have been a nice progression.. It looks like we are in a degression.. Doesn't make much sense, unless it is deliberate..

We have 2 potentially major conflict of interest cases here.. Friz and Faulk.. if roi tarries..that is an area that should be investigated with the states attorneys office..
