This better be for the clearing out of illegal shares to not participate in an upcoming payout..but only they know.. (we could sure use a shareholder attorney right now)

Have you noticed that Urban is not in the lawsuit. That's interesting!
and many bashers are saying our certs are worthless then what is a point of cancelling them?

this law suit . that has been filed buy the texas group dosent read to favor the share holders . and it certainly looks like we share holders have been hung out to dry . i would like to think that i am wrong ....havent read it to closely yet ,... but i think that the suggestion that we may need our own attorney might be correct . i am not an attorney ,... but it sure looks like we bonafides are out on a limb,. ... i remember an interview couple years back , frankie. and casavant .... i assume it was an interview , and urban said .. in that quote , i will take care of my friends ,and family ,... and ,.... i wont use the descriptive word he used of the bonafide , s.h. that statement has always been in the back of my mind ,... if some one can do some d.d. back from 04 up . and read the frankie fly on the wall . it was all there .. maybe we should have taken heed ...,as to his intentions . i am not saying it was a plan , . i am just informing all who maybe didnt read that particular statement , ...according to the tyler and court reports , s.h. get no mention of retribuition . , and a trial buy jury , , we all know where thats going ,.. it will take years ,..if ever to finalize .,..i hope i am wrong . it will be a devastating blow to all of us legitt s.h. imo. ... ,..i consisdered , uc.to be an honorable person .... but this does leave"s some doubts . . i hope my firsts thoughts were correct of him. god bless all of the bonafide s.h.'s . we sure need him now .,....boy do we miss mr. mahue ,.... twt.

I WANT TO APOLOGIZE TO ALL ,.. AND UC. IN PARTICULAR . TO DOUBT HIS HONESTY .. I JUST MISSREAD TYLERS COURT CASE AGAINST CMKM. .. . YES I AGREE WITH SEAGULL GO GET THEM CASAVANT , , WHY DOSENT THE SEC. PUT A CLAMP ON THIS GROUP . AND SHUT THEM DOWN ,. THEY ACCOMPLISH NOTHING,... EXCEPT TO CONFUSE S.H"S . IMO - If the disgorgement amount per share is significant then it is worth to file a lawsuit for those 14B shares to be cancelled. 14B shares added or not added to 703B shares has almost no effect on the disgorgement amount per share if the distribution is small.
If Tyler is selfish and wants all the $$$ they sue for themselves and ignore the 703B O/S then why they waste the lawsuit .
