Note re. CMKM vs. ViaShow lawsuit: CMKMs attorneys have brought this action on its own behalf and on behalf of Stephen Pecevich and the MDW and GRW 2000 Irrevocable Trust in this litigation. As a result of negotiations with various parties to the Viashow contract, an agreement has been reached which gives CMKM certain rights in the written contract. Representation of the MDW and GRW 2000 Irrevocable Trust is limited to this cause of action.

one question , i notice that most if not all of k.w. communique to the shareholders are nothing more than repetitous of the past as the dates indicate , , info that was by and large given to us from the past , , why dosent mr. stoeklien step up as the sec should,... and inform s.h. of the gospel truth ,. oh yes.... some will say what k.w. has noted are the facts , but are they , no one of the principals of cmkm . have come forth , with any acknowlegement of the truth, of concern to the s.h..... what purpose is it of the sec .... when they cant protect s.h.... from all of this manipulation that is being put on the s.h. of cmkm. . the big question is who ,is who . ?? god bless the s.h. , mr. mahue ,all truth is gone since you left us , rest in ,..peace , twt.

acca , and des ,.. are again mentioning labor day as the date ,... barring unforseen problems . .. now i dont question acca ,or des., but they both seem to ignore what k.w. has put out in a pr.... quite extensive , yes alot of it is old hat , but they dont refute him ,.. and the pr. ... so what are we to make of it .i would like to believe acca, and des, and i do , but you cant help having reservations as to what is happening here , .... , imo. god bless us lord , cmkm. ,,,, twt.

Hi audrey,

Unfortunately, I have limited time to try and expound upon
the documents posted on the site. Hopefully, I'll have
better access to the internet in the next few days.

As it stands right now, these docs are merely "historical" -
that is printed docs and info regarding Eton and Viashow.
Perhaps are "source" of added money to the company
coffers.

Regardless of which side you look - KW appears to be
working hard on the company's behalf. If so, then it can
only benefit the company in the long run.

IF there was any possible chance of acca being correct -
then actions by KW would not be affected by any happy
outcome coming our way.

If acca was wrong, then his words serve merely as a
distraction as what he says doesn't affect the company
as you can't "pump" a non-trading stock. If his purpose
is to create dissent - it hasn't worked either as there
has been no person or group to rally behind.....only
individual rants and "rotten tomatoes" thrown by a
vocal, yet actionless few.
