Peter Maheu from GLOBAL RISK MANAGEMENT & INVESTIGATIVE is hard at work again raising money for Global Risk. They are selling 1,000,000 shares, plus 680,000 shares of stockholder shares. I am sure it has nothing to do with us. Stoecklein is handling things for them on this S-1 filed on 5-16-08. Not much news in here but just interesting.

lol, well, you can't say they suger-coated the risk in investing in their company. FYI, this is not the 'Global' that we think of when talking about the Maheu family, tho they are connected. This is the IPO for a company which was started last year.
