I re-read this several times and I get the impression that Frizzel was an author to part of this communication. Different writing styles with some of the legal parts coming from Stock lawyers. That's fine and legit.

Interesting that Frizzel mentions that he is a volunteer on the task force. Basicly a share holder that just happens to be a lawyer that has devoted time and resources to this cause. The Task Force is be very carefull not to imply a legal connection to the share holders and the company. Concerned "citizens" if you will that have taken a cause to the proper authorities to implore them to do their duty to protect the share holders. Very smart imo-it pushes the Feds to get involved and not Stock or Frizzel to fight that battle. The Task Force is there to distribute the Entourage shares and not to cause a problem in the market. But gee, we can't complete our task until the brokers fix this "unfortunate mess" they created. Pretty smart-

My concern is a long legal battle-It certainly appears The Task Force has a pretty good choke hold. "Art of War" Give your enemy a way home and win the war without a battle. The MM either pay $$ or get abused. They've been given a choice.

I hope they take this as a cost of doing business as they still have made billions and will continue until major changes come about in the market place.

These 5 all represent the State of Nevada in Congress. Mr Frizzell is basing his argument on Nevada statutes, so, IMO that's why these 5 are included.
