Hmmmmmm 28. Until trading in CMKM shares was permanently halted by court order dated October 28, 2005, CMKM shares traded in the Pink Sheets, first under the symbol “CMKM,” and later under the symbol “CMKX,” through matched trades of unsolicited orders.

Who is IM?
CMKM’s 10-QSB filing with the SEC, dated November 18, 2002, was signed by IM. IM appears on several of JE’s trust documents provided to NevWest as part of the new account documentation. During relevant times to the complaint, IM was the former President, director and shareholder of CMKM, and IM also acted as the Registered Agent on behalf of CMKM.

Can someone explain to me how "JE" made so much money trading CMKX??? The first example on that first chart from 2003 is for 1,450,000 shares which made him proceeds of $2320.00..... doing the math it comes down to $625.00 per share? Is my math right? What am i not getting here??? How is it possible to make so much money on a sub-penny stock???

I believe brokers will get theirs also, but we may never know it....We may never know alot of things..
I wonder if this news will help us? Remember EnRON shareholders didn't get anything to my knowledge..
Maybe this is leading down a road to more crooks that took advantage of the company...
Who knows where we will be in a year from now!
I hope we see and hear more shortly, good news, great news...$$$$$'s would be nice!
