I hope I'm wrong, but it says... "Hopefully the task force work and the decision of the company in regards to the recommended interpleader action will be addressed in the press release." The Stoecklein resignation letter is also the recommended interpleader action we're talking about here...Don recommended to the company that they seek an interpleader action...The way this reads to me is...The company has yet to make that decision and hopefully this PR will tell us what they have decided to do. Therefore, I say that we have not even begun to walk down the interplead route yet, but have been trying to resolve this outside Federal Court to no avail. Frizzell was the one that Don sent the letter to. Of course he knows about the interpleader reccommendation. Now we can see why the lawyers are taking sooo long , every- body reads things differently , I read the update very differently than you do Go2guy . |

My take on the news...
We heard of a new CEO coming on board... which would bring new legal entities with the CEO. If going over the papers of the past years... new minds might come up with a new idea to input into this scenerio...and a slow down of the PR could well be to our advantage...
thus the wording... these new people might benefit us.

Well, IMHO it appears we are further behind than we anticipated. Don't look for the Mark Faulk book to make nice Christmas presents...it looks like we were trying to negotiate with the terrorists before making a decision to press this to an interplead...now, lets get out the legal calendar and see when we can schedule that hearing... RELAX GO2....There are some that have already READ the 28-100 page PR remember?  We have NOTHING to worry about!!  Great on Bills part for the update! Thanks Bill!!! |

Card if i'm not mistaken after Maheu resigned from the TF his name appeared as director of cmkx where he wasn't there prior, there was a discussion at the time on this board about this very issue when i have time i will try to find it Shroom - it doesn't mean the "are" either. If you just read it at face value, I think it says their gone. I hope like heck I'm WRONG.  check under phxgolds work.... I believe it appeared in a nevada state filing in April of 2006 listing him again. DIdn't that filing cost $11,000? |

It is my belief there are new people assisting UC and UC believes this will be of some benefit to us. Sorry Shroomman, but I believe the emphasis belongs on the first half of this sentence. If we go by UC's past choices, (Roger, IBM, Stocklein,etc), we know that UC KNOWS how to pick winners. He KNOWS how to pick the right person for the right job to get the DESIRED results! If we can find out who the new people are, maybe we can "see" what direction we are heading in. When I reported to you five weeks ago that I was told a press release was forthcoming, I had no idea we would be in a wait this long. Mr. Moran's office (new CMKM corporate counsel) has indicated a press release is being prepared. I do not know the reasons for the delays in the publishing of this press release. It was my understanding from several conversations with UC in the last six weeks that the information in this press release would give you a clear understanding of the course that will be taken by the company.
