Questions for the Task Force *update*

1)May shareholders fax in certs at different times before the deadline? Is it okay that they are not all faxed in at once?

2) Will there be a varification of successful fax transmission from the taskforce. IE, so folks know there fax was recieved correctly, printed legibly, no mechanical snafu's, etc... ?
Will we get confirmation of share totals next to our names on some list? (Some sort of accounting varification.)

I have brought in a number of shareholders into CMKX.

For months, I thought 'something' would happen soon. So everybody bought stock under my name.

Example: Etrade takes 7 business days to expire before you can trade.

The train of thought is; if you wait the 7 days, it may be too late. So buy through me.

Question: Is there anyway these people can be seperated from me and be identified as stockholders?

when we fax our certs to the taskforce,Do we receive back any conformation that it had arrived? how would we know ?

with all the fraud taking place in this world what if we faxed are certs but the company says we didnt and didnt pay us because there was never a conformation to proof it..dont you think we should cover our own butts too..just in case?and ask for a receipt or conformation from the taskforce saying they received the cert fax. that would make me feel better.

I havent read any of the other questions but I want to know WHOM we ACCEPT information from.

Many people are touting I talked to John Martin, I emailed John Martin, I asked John Martin but unless I am mistaken I have not seen him as being listed on the Task Force.

Please advise CLEARLY TO US whom we should be contacting and who's responses we can be assured are coming directly from the task force.

I also would like it known that because Mr. Frizzell took actions on more than one occassion that IMO were not friendly towards Urban and Team there are some of us who are NOT totally comfortable having information coming only from him without KNOWING it has been fully backed and stamped by IBM and Stoecklein.

I ordered 3 milion shares in certs just a few days before trading stopped, leaving just over a million in my brokerage account. Hardly seems worth the trouble to get them in cert form. Will they get any part of the settlement or tender offer, or be of any benefit to me if I left them there?

Is the amount paid by ETGMF for the CMKX shares the only money which will be distributed to shareholders of record? I just seems spread too thin to make a million millionares anymore.

Is this cert pull mostly a scare tactic before we can even hope for a descent payout? When I hear Andy say we are "locked, loading, and getting ready to fire on shorty" it tells me there will be a long wait (in terms of weeks or months) after the certs have been collected.
