hmmmmmmm, I kidda find that strange...why would the shares not be distributed?
wont need to distribute them if we give the shares back for our claims so we can trade again
just a thought

Regardless of the next step by CMKM, I would consider this a prudent filing by Entourage. Whether a set-up for them returning claims, stock being issued etc.. It basicly state their status as a company 7/3/06. Probably needed to be done before any announcement from CMKM, whatever that is! Just another offical step out of the way. This may be a big tidbit...NO understandy what they mean, maybe we hear more before long. |

I own some Entourage Stock... It's in my Trading Direct account, does this make me one of the 20 registered shareholders in the United States?, or would I need to hold a Certificate to be considered 'Registered'... I was wondering the same thing. I've got some too. I'm thinking that all shareholders that have their share in electronic form are lumped together as 1 for each broker. In other words, all shareholders in e-trade are considered 1, all in TDAmeritrade are 1, etc. Remember a little company called Cede and Co? It's where all electronic shares go, to be held in "Street Name". all your shares are belong to THEM. All you have is an electronic marker in your account that says you bought them. But they are not in your name until you request a certificate of ownership. Then, they come out of Cede and Co, go through the transfer agent, a certificate is issued in your name, and the cert gets sent to you. Only then does the company recognize you as an individual shareholder. A little known fact that I read, is that while the shares are in street name with Cede and Co, they can use your shares in the stock borrow program. YOUR shares can be lent to a borker to short Entourage, helping to keep the price low. this is the same stock borrow program that wound up lending the same shares several times over, to many borkers at the same time, creating the naked short position we currently are experiencing with CMKX. IF the urge ever strikes to buy any shares again (and since I tend to be a long buyer), every significant sized transaction I make will be followed right up with a request for certificates, making me bona fide in every position I hold. IMO, the naked shorting problem will not go away overnight if ever. Protect yourself! I already have a nice collection of certificates, including Casavant International, USCA, GEMM, even SGGM. When there's ever a question about how many shareholders there are in any of my companies, I WILL BE AMONG THE COUNTED...not those "people" from Cede and Co. imo john |

Anybody read the report where it said out of 2 kimberlite targets drilled the core samples were sent to the lab for caustick fusion and there were no micro diamons found? The third core sample has to be analyzed by the geologist before they send it to the lab. Futher drilling has been put on hold until Koch's claims has a canadian form filled out with previous data on the claims.
Wern't we all waiting for the lab results? Not good so far.

When reading this PR, please keep in mind it is their annual report written as of 12/31/05. Somethings may have occurred within the last six months which are not included herein, IMO.

Some of those 20 cert holders in the US might be brokers holding certs for electronic shares in street name.

Very good point. A lot has happened in six months and this really old news but needed to be released before any further information from CMKM. Hopefully we're next. Wouldn't it be weird to see CMKM actually release something like this Entourage Mining filing. When reading this PR, please keep in mind it is their annual report written as of 12/31/05. I think it's interesting that n essence, UC sold CMKX assets to Entourage..him/our selves! WE OWN 60% OF ENTOURAGE!
What a great wy to protect ur claims...sell them to ourselves in a CANADIAN company!
