Well my posting reprieve is over and will only be picked up again here on PB49.
I have been reading the board and lurking. I did put up an article one day but havent posted since.
As many of you know my stance on CMKX has never changed. I believe and always have that regardless of the partial/one sided information we have been shown that there is a reason for it that will be explained and that when CMKX show its hand and we will be suprised and very happy we stuck it out.
We are all human, it is our money and our hope for future monies that has brought us here to begin with. This brings emotional responses, doubt, excitement, opinions and with CMKX intrigue, controversy, spec-o-lation and so much more.
It is nice to see that there are people who willing to wait until the puzzle and all its pieces will be revealed before becoming judge and jury against CMKX, its managment, IR, lawyers and the TEAM of people who believe in Urban and what he is doing.
I believe the reason that Andy uses the term UC and the TEAM is because all of this is bigger than most of us realize... and the dance floor and who will be there will be one
place to shake our booties and party when the time comes.
Keep the faith, a time frame has been set and as Andy said to me on the phone the other day. The SEC is done ... they have said all they can say. It is our turn.
I expect CMKX to respond through its lawyers and also look for info from our JVs which has been suggested many times lately also.
Revocation or not... I wont be going anywhere nor selling any of my position. It is not an end to me. As long as the claims are locked up and we are not letting the regulatory issues impede our success ... I am in till I win!
I also think that USCA is more important to us than we realize and may be the JV partner to look for info from. This is no more than intuition and DD that myself and others have spent the last year doing.
I am happy to see Dr. D sharing his insight and opinions with us again. I have missed his posts, logic, level headedness and tremendous commitment to this company and its shareholders.
I personally pay very little attention to the rumors, timeframes etc. I just try and keep on track with regular DD, our JV partners, each others insights and thoughts and live my life the same way I did before I ever purchased shares in this most interesting, educational, contraversial, frustrating and fun journey.
I had never participated in an internet chat board before and have learned many things about myself and others since. I trust and hope to meet many of you one day and look forward to the new doors of opportunities that I believe will be open to us as our investment comes to fruition.
I also believe that the mining side of CMKX and our partners can be financially beneficial for years to come and expect to carry it some of it in my portfolio for a long time.
Nice to have a new board with so many familiar faces to spend time with.

, btw, don't go a'peekin at the rejects board...not sure what you did to a couple of em over there, but I like it, lol. 
These guys are doing a good job of not taking these market manipulation issues off the radar.
