Good evening everyone. Cheer up Michigan fans..lol..there is always next year.(just for the record, I did cheer for Michigan when they played against USC)....now, onto bigger things...Ohio State vs. Florida... Calling the score is a tough ordeal. Conscidering both teams have different points of strength and weakness, I would have to give Florida a decent chance of scoring and make the scores as follows... Ohio State: 100 points Florida: -24 (rushing yards) LOL!! Good luck to both teams and may the best team, (OHIO STATE), take the championship win and bring home the trophy!!! meffoos

i guess this is the best place to hide my apologies to the florida fans and team.
Outspoken as usual I predicted Ohio state by 3 touchdowns. As all the experts predicted ohip st was the best team in college football for 2006.And you know what? They were.
But,2006 expired on dec 31st,a long time since the buckeyes played their final season game against the then #2 team. michigan
Some are saying now that we should have seen it coming since Michigan scored 39 points against the number one team.
Hey I just thought Michigan was good. lol silly me!
I fought the idea that florida was qualified to be #2 and get a chance for the championship game.I am an usc fan and although they folded against ucla, still believe they are the best program in the country. That may soon change if the owner of the Dolphins gets his way. If that happens the state of Florida will have gained again for what I am hopinng will be my year of Jubilee.
Hello! Wake up call! Will the real Ohio state Buckeyes pleas SHOW UP?
Florida should have lost to south Carolina. They werebehind by 6 points with a minute and 40 seconds left against an unranked south Carolina team. The pass was only for 5 yards.loose coverage allowed the reception. But a weak attempt at an arm tackle allows the reciever to break away and go about 40 yards into the end zone. CRAP! iIt should have never happen this way.Florida shouldn't have gotten the chance to play for the championship. lol
Funny how the world of sporting events go.That's why they play the game.
I remind myself that about 2 months ago I said florida didn' t stand a chance because they did not have a quarterback.
Funny,funny,funny.
I could go on,but will finish with this.
Congratulations to the fans and players of the Florida Gators. When i get to the airport today,I will start looking for the Sea gull to eat instead of eating the crow that new york state has to offer. YUK!
lol

Wow!
Who would a thunk it!
Texas called it the closest.
Last night reminds me about all the times have we seen a where a highly touted Ohio State team goes to the Rose Bowl and gets out quicked by USC which probably would have been a better match up in the first place. Heck even Boise State. Don't get me wrong I'm from up north and I get tired of USC winning the Pac-10 all the time. Floridia could have beaten the Bears or the Seagulls last night with no problem. They were a force.

That is the last time I am ever predicting scores in favor of a "heisman trophy" winner....I may be an extremely loyal Ohio State fan, but that was by FAR the most ridiculous and pathetic game I have ever seen OSU play. Applause is called for for Florida though. They stepped up to the challenge and smoked us. Troy Smith can go get sacked again if he wants and throw a couple more interceptions...if he feels like coming to a game to actually play, then maybe he should have woken up before yesterday's game.
I totally miscalled the scores on this game by a long shot. Congratulations Florida and my OSU come back next year and actually look like a championship team when it counts!
Go Buckeyes
have an awesome week!

Doesn't this make the Undefeated Boise State Broncos the sole (maybe co) National Champions, from the WAC of all places?
Can you say flawed system?

Dare I say... - lets look at graduation rates - number of athletes that have been convicted of crimes - number of athletes that have SAT scores above 700 - clean programs that don't pay athletes for playing(they all do) - the number of athletes that don't graduate from "construction science" or "Parks and Recreation" okay...have at it.
