As long as i've been on this board and i admit its only been since last year, f4d has been nothing but level headed and sincere with the comments he makes. If nothing more than keeping everything in perspective then his aims are rightous and true. Trying to put his letter in terms of alterier motives is quite obserd. I've seen nothing that he has posted to be in line with this crap about him wanting on the BOD....that made me laugh... Is everyone getting so unnerved with this whole CMKX saga that we are turning on our own....makes me sad... This has up till recently been the best darn board to get info and yes rumors out the wassuuu,,,but info just the same....in most part everyone takes this info and digests it the way they will....but all in all the temperment has always been one for all and all for one.... so i guess what i'm saying is ....lets let all of us have their opinion and take it as such........  |

I may not always agree with F4D, but he sure as heck is an honest straight shooter and in no way a bad guy at all...........even if he is wrong with the .0000000000000005 as share....j/k.

???and most of the stuff he talks about sets more reality in my mind than ....you know who  :(just remember we are all in the same boat, so stop hurting the oarsmen while the seas are flat, they are the only thing to keep us moving to wards our destiny!!!!!  so if you get sea sick  take some dramamine and relax  we will all get through this together. I like everybody on this board and F4D....Most of us don't know anyone here , only what they write.... I think the letter is a level headed letter and no one should get upset because I surely don't think it will cause any damage... It's just a letter that wants something from the company, like a hello, we are still working on some things that will be good for ya, maybe like a settlement....ect....ect...ect....  |

When one puts themselves out there . . . One will be questioned and attacked. Period. I have been questioned and attacked, phxgold has, the belgains have . . . Why not fish? It doesn't mean some don't support him, but not everyone does. I don't buy any of the message board rumors . . . None. I hear so much stuff during the course of a week it spins the brain. I hear people say one thing off the boards beind the scenes, then post somthing completely different in a thread 2 hours later. I hear rumors from completely opposite ends of the spectrum within the same day. When people like phx, abad, my69z and others post DD . . . That is worth discussing . . . Everything else is just noise designed to confuse and distract. IMVHO Why did fish flip . . . I have no idea. I will say, fish didn't say anything in his letter that was off the mark . . . If anyone can dispute what he has written, I would like to here the dispute. We are all tired, we all deserve to know and he voiced that nicely. And . . . IMO, if something comes this next week, f4ds letter had absolutely nothing to do with it. It was already on it's way and came at the time that it was going to come, regardless. |

F4D is not under attack. He is just getting a lot of questions right now.  And I am sure he can handle it. Arjan I agree! F4d needs to let us know what's going on if he writes a letter like this speaking for the shareholders. If a shareholder writes a letter regarding his/her personal feelings and sends it to the company, I find absolutely no fault with this. But this is not the case. To come out of the blue and post this letter at this stage of the game is confusing to say the least. As Bullit wrote, why is it even necessary? My question is, why not wait till next week after we see what this weeks PR says (if we do indeed get one). I just don't understand whats the purpose of the letter. The company already knows we need a PR with meat on it. They've known this for a long time. As far as we know, a letter like this could hurt the situation as well as help. Do we want to take any risk at this stage? Why not give the company another week and see what happens? If he shares with us what his sources are telling him, and what got him so upset to compose a letter that includes the feelings of other shareholders, I may be convinced this is the right thing to do. Otherwise, another week isn't asking too much! |

What's funny is a half hour ago I started to type something similar but didn't finish it. Kids distracted me. Here's what I had: Why the lynch mob mentality? Rumors come and go. However, because the rumors have unrealistic...err...... high $ figures attached to them, posters forgive the "guru" with the alleged connection. "Oh misiinformation, he said another two weeks, money anytime, PR anytime" They follow the same BS guru for years. Because they are tellin g them what they want to hear....$$$$$$$$$$$ When someone posts information from a connection and it has realisitic figures in it (i.e .005 to .008) immediately it's "oh he or she wrong" or "Let's get him/her and PROVE him/her wrong". This happens even though he/she has been the MOST accurate, level headed, and realistic. you can see where I was going.... ICE  GREAT post ICE! Linedrive |

Whether or not F4D is under attack depends on your connotation of the word.
Imo, some people have subtly attacked him.
I'm not too concerned. He can take it. Some people trust him, some don't. Because he became so vocal these last few months, people have had to choose sides, so to speak.
Hopefully this will all end soon. In the mean time, I hope no one gets out of hand with Fish. He doesn't deserve that, imo.
