This thread was an obvious attempt to stir up the same thing as last week. A more appropriate approach (if gus really wanted to know instead of trying to push buttons) would have been to pm me this question and ask instead of the sarcastic first shot.

Sure, I shot back and probably shouldn't have. But I didn't start the thread. And as you can see after my response, gus was "stirring" only and really didn't want my opinion.

actually fishing I was just looking for information. You said it would all be settled or we would go to an interplead and we would know by tuesday. Nothing to stir up. Drillbit says the interplead is done and sealed. I just want to the truth and for you to back up what you said, nothing more. It doesn't always have to be a game, I just want information that is all. And I didn't pm you because this was information the whole board deserves from you imo.

I for one will be glad when we finally know where we stand , as far as
the future of CMKX , any money we can expect ,etc.
I think we are all completely drained , fed up , frazzled , put through the
ringer or whatever other descriptive that shows what we've been through .
Our patience has warn micro thin . We've been told , soon , next week ,
scam , gazzillionaires and we've been twisted EVERY which way possible .

We've had riddles upon riddles . guru's upon guru's , missed dates upon missed dates !

No wonder that if anyone has info , they are reticent to post it , for they know there is a good chance someone won't like it and they'll be blasted for it !

We've been told by the company 2 weeks as well as other sources (rumors) !
So that puts Friday's date on the line ! If anyone has different info

Just put a % possibility next to it and for gods sakes if you don't like
it that's perfectly OK , just show some respect !

Fishing you came on very very strong like you knew exactly what was up and now you saying nothing. In my opinion if you come on that strong you should back it up, it is nothing personal I just want the information we should all have, not just a select few.
