Personally, I think we should shoot Mano. The guy appears out of nowhere, spouting that he has solid information on what is taking place with the company, yet for months now, his "so called" information has never held up. Does anyone else find it odd that out of 60,000 +/- shareholders, only one person has "supposedly" been able to obtain information that most would consider extremely valuable..? I highly doubt that Mr. Maheu would allow such information to be disclosed to ANYONE, other than a select few of his choosing, but certainly not someone who would intentionally leak the information, as we are lead to believe by this Mano character. Now, before the conspiracy theorists try to tackle the subject of information leaks, let's assume that the information was allowed to be leaked by Mr. Maheu. Would he feed us false or misleading information, knowing that it would create high expectations among the shareholders? And if so, what is the purpose? Again, I highly doubt it. He has more important things to do, than getting the shareholders stirred up for no apparent reason. I see this issue in black and white, with absolutely no gray area, whatsoever. The information "Mano" has provided up to this point has never come to fruition. Thus, IMO, he is either being used to spread false rumors or has taken it upon himself to play games with the individuals who visit the boards. Either way, it has been proven time and again, that he has ZERO credibility, as indicated by the dates that have come and gone. As much as we would like the information to be true, there are only two people who can be trusted to provide us with factual information and Mano isn't one of them. JMO ~

I won't cast any aspersions on Mano but I do find it highly ironic that the rumors about CMKX are mostly from the world HQ of DeBeers. Mano lives in Antwerp and could have been set up by DeBeers bank. I don't blame Mano but I don't believe his information either. DeBeers is a powerful cold blooded and ruthless organization that would use people without a second thought.

I know this applies to many things around here:
Could we at least label the Belgian post THREAD TITLES with:
RUMOR: SPECULATION: IMO:
Fun stuff to read, but not fact yet!

I've been told from the beginning... The biggest Pumpers can actually be paid bashers. A Wise OldMan told me this, a long Time ago...
I'm not calling Mano or anyone else a paid basher, if I was, I'd also have to include, Jay_Adobe, ELO, & Carquest. I'm a little suspicious of J_A, only for the fact that he backed up the Nevada Exchange dealings.
But dammit... What can be the driving force of these rumors? I just don't get it. We're Revoked, we can't do a thing about it, we're having a cert pull to legitimize the legal shares and to expose the wrong doings by the people that took advantage of electronic brokering. And if thinking these HUGE numbers would change our minds, when and if we only get a few cents, to try and take legal action against the Company... Forget it. We have our own DD, we have knowledge of other companies in that area that're pulling diamonds out of the ground by the bucketful, Shore Gold... 5 Diamond finds since the beginning of the year. Star Uranium, Entourage, United Corina... just to name a few...
The SEC or the DTC wants to do away with paper certs, that is a huge mistake imo. Something physical in my hand is better then an On-Line account that can be hacked by some teen with a laptop. As soon as I get the extra cash, I'm ordering the cert for the Entourage I already own.
The Nevada Exchange info was just a very well thought out ploy. My hat's off to whoever put this together, but I hope everyone involved with todays little head game, but I hope you get your a$$ burnt in the end.

Not to mention it would not surprise me if this goes even deeper.
There is embedded within the multitude of pages in very fine print with brokerages something along the lines that Cede & Co. has certain rights to electronic accounts should the market take a nosedive.
Certificates like ours are in the way to Cede & Co.'s ability to get into billions of electronic cookie jars when the timing is "just right". A major ticking time bomb, IMO. No conspiracy theory here - just read the fine print.
This could be the bigger, "other" war, event driven, going on behind the scenes, to keep us thinking it's just about Debeers, diamonds, lawsuits and disinformation....

In my opinion of course. f4d~ With the SEC & DTCC on our side (pertaining to the cert pull) ... There can't be anything more legitimate then the company's actions that are leading to exposure of the bad guys. With all the information that is being gathered, I don't see any lawsuits coming down the road, they'll all die in their tracks during the deposition stage when our side comes to the table with boxes and boxes and boxes of proof of market manipulation and smear campaigns.

That's true Nicholas... A lawsuit can still bring everything to a halt, until the claim of pump & dump, or hiding assets is cleared up.
