Star We all have been the brunt of someone venting and I don't feel demeaned ... rather amused of someone making a fool out of themselves. I withdrew the post and apoligized. I don't share your religious beliefs in this matter but respect what you said. I already stated that earlier. Having had alcoholism in the family, i don't see where boozing it up at home is a great solution either. Even that topic, I can joke about with getting offended. Humor is my style and it is not or everyone. There are tons of them on here every morning and I don't address them if I find it distasteful. eric

no starlight just the share structured promised over a year ago will be fine, just the very very basics of info that Bob even said we were due, just a tiny bit of respect that we deserve as shareholders that just went through a revocation and still have to rely on Jay and elo for updates the company should give. Oh ya, and a drink while I'm at the gym probably wouldn't hurt.

Just spec-o-lating here gus, but the team may have entered into a confidentiality agreement with mm's, brokers, and the dtcc for damage control purposes. The last thing the american investor needs to believe is that the markets are corrupt and that crooks will find a way to fleece them under the radar and the SEC will turn a blind eye to it so they have no recourse. hey drum, love the avator. If they send us a settlement check it will tell everyone [glow=red,2,300]that the markets are corrupt and that crooks will find a way to fleece them under the radar and the SEC will turn a blind eye to it so they have no recourse.[/[/glow] so to me it doesnt make a diff. UNLESS, a settlement/payout/ dividend is paid out and labeled as something else, (I dont know what) which still takes care of us and also keeps the lid on it for them. Any thoughts, as to what they could or might do?. Thanx

I can think of a reason, but don't know if it is true:
There is good news but can't let it out until a successful cert pull.
A successful cert. pull will mean even better news.
People will refrain from cert. pull if they already know of some $.
Just a thought. chucker

Very good thoughts on that one Drum . . . Could very well be one of the reasons we are still in the dark. Even though we are dealing with bad guys, at this level, they have tons of leverage for bargining as well. golden ;D

you know I think most of us figured this stock out long ago, at least since Roger. But when he says we will get an update on how close we are to fully reporting and now over a year later we don't even know O/S I think we have a reason to be a little choked. I am glad I have had the chance to vent and will move on to waiting as patiently as possible, still in full support of the company but not all the moves they have made.

I agree with you Gus. Even some news is better than none. All I'm asking for is for the company to show us a little respect, we deserve it!

Dear Gus, If you really believe this is a sting operation the way you say you believe it is... then why are you having such a hard time waiting for the company to choose the right time to release the information that you want to hear... A sting needs to remain just that...a sting.... which means information will need to be kept under wraps until the time is right to release it... and if it is released prematurely then it will not have been a successful sting...now would it.. I never thought that the company ever planned to file when they said that they would... that is why I did not get upset when it did not happen... IMO it was all part of the sting to throw the enemy off... and if we have all figured this out by now as you say we have... then this should not come as a surprise to any of us.... now should it... Patience is bitter... but its fruit is sweet!!! Starlight Nice point to ponder. FIRE

Star you are right but your comment about us thinking the company owes it to us is a little off, I invested a couple of grand as did a lot of people so the company does owe us something to a point.

Starlight,
Well said. much better said than I could have at this point. For, I get a little cranky with all the folks "demanding" news. (especially when they believe the sting theory... doh.)
We need news, we hope for news, and some of us more than others. But, it is what it is and that is not going to change.
I think you should copy that post and save it to a keyboard macro, so you can repeat it every time someone posts a we need news now thread.
Maybe we could to a mail merge macro on Dear (insert shareholder name here...)
cheers.

I would say this about sums it up Gus... all under the table... so turn off your radar.... this is flying so low you won't see it... hey Gus.. thats the way these crooks operate... very low as in lowlife's..

The Task Force needs to change their requirements to give the distribution of Entourage shares only to bonafide non-whining CMKX shareholders...!!! LOL Now that would certainly give a few of them reason to hold their tongues...!! LOL Starlight

starlight, not everyone that says this has taken way too long is a whiner, infact some of them have been some of the biggest backers of this company. Anyone who is still waiting for that news from the party has the right to say this has taken too long in my books.

Nice points Starlight......
The very nature of this "sting" may never allow us to know more details other than a settlement showing up in our account...with no explanation, or admittance of any guilt or wrongdoing.

twistcapper, It just doesn't matter what it was, it is time to end it in my opinion. That's it end of story for me, I will continue to support the company but it is way way past time to fill us in no matter what happened. To leave us hanging with we have no other assets and to still have to guess at this point is really too much.

Gus I am sure that when it is over, we will be done.
But, it is apparently not over yet, is it?
So, how then, if you believe in a sting can you be the one to say it is time? It is not time, or it would be over... doh.
