is that we are still completely in the dark guessing at everything. It way past time to turn the lights on for the long suffering shareholders. We hung in there with pure faith through revocation, it is time to end this charade. The only for sure great evidence of a settlement is brokerages sending out certs, everything else at this point is rumours. I can not fathom one good enough reason for keeping us in the dark any longer. If they are busy finding away out of this, they have had well over a year to do that, now that's enough time.
I have absolutey no doubt at all we will make money on this play, but as one shareholders that many on this board will call a whiner probably, I am sick and tired of being completely in the dark, or paid at this point.
Bob please let the shareholders know something by Thanksgiving, it is the right thing to do, Gus

Just spec-o-lating here gus, but the team may have entered into a confidentiality agreement with mm's, brokers, and the dtcc for damage control purposes.
The last thing the american investor needs to believe is that the markets are corrupt and that crooks will find a way to fleece them under the radar and the SEC will turn a blind eye to it so they have no recourse.

I have posted theories for a year that I still think are right, I think almost 100% for sure this was a sting. I know the worldwide impications of what we have on our hands and the people involved that are really guilty. I still feel enough time has passed that this should be done, we deserve to get filled in at this point. There at some point in time has to be the forgotten realization that we are in the stock market, the market in which stock holders are suppose to be the main concern, the one in which without us there is no market. Right now we are the absolutely last ones considered when it comes to anything, the whole system is a joke. I pray our company's hands are tied at this point, but to me the leverage I saw a year ago should have been enough to get this done aleady. I think you have to wonder who is benefiting from this taking so long right now, it sure isn't us.

Hi Gus, I know you have been very positive all along. Even now you are optimistic but frustrated.
Like most CMKX'ers I could use some good news or some cash. I think the point about signing some confidentiality with various parties may be right on.
I think Urban and Bob would love to give us information and cash. The cert pull has the end of December as a deadline, so unfortunately that may be a date that will come before we get any cash. I hope not but I am not planning on seeing any sooner.
Hopefully we will get clear news of some sort that will show us some cash even if it is down the road.
This cert pull is very unusual and the purpose may be to tag any last entities who haven't settled with the blame for everything. Make an example of them and pay us. There may or may not be a disclosure of a settlement even if the specifics are hidden. I think it may be buried in the sale or liquidation of other assets.
I can wait for something worth waiting for.

The good thing is that we are locked in and must wait it out.
There was always self imposed doubt of my strength to hold long enough to make all the profits.
It has been done for me thru the revocation.
Today,I am thankful for that.

Star .... there is no suggestion to actually do it. Just trying to get him to lighten up and relax a bit. He is a great guy and frustrated right now. Trust me ... a night out with the boys may lead to a lot more trouble than mentally venting on frustrating situations. the intent was imagery, not reality but nonetheless .... sorry if it offended you.
