Hi All,

In light of the PR from Entourage today, I call Entourage and asked to speak to Greg Kennedy, past president--I spoke with him in the past--but he is away for ten days. I then asked to speak to the Director and Chairman, Paul Shatzko....and guess what, that is who was talking to me.

Anyway, had about a twenty minute conversation with him ranging from how the CMKM deal between Entourage and CMKM was entered into; what was his take on the Koch claims; why Entourage decided to drop some claims--as per today's PR; what are the prospects for diamond finds on the remaining claims; are there any other mineral find possibilities; etc., etc., etc.

I must say that I came away from the conversation with a very good take on Entourage management, its potential, and how management is going about developing a plan to work the ex-CMKM claims. And, I went into the conversation thinking were getting the ol' Casavant screw-job again.

Since I am really pushed for time at the moment, that is about all I can say right now, however, I will be back in a few hours to disclose the entire conversation.

One note: Mr. Shatzko said that CMKM never owned any claims; it only has the right to an interest in the claims from Koch, and lost that right because the claims were not worked enough (even thought Shatzko stated he believes that over the few years that UC had the contract with Koch, shy of $1,000,000 was put into working the claims. But, that was not enough, thus, Koch's contract with CMKM ended due to lack of money being spend on working the claims.

Also, the reason CMKM shareholders are ending up with the 50-million shares of Entourage is because in the agreement with CMKM, Koch agreed that if CMKM forfeited its potential interest in the claims, and Koch made another business deal with a company, that 90% of the stock Koch would receive in any new deal would go to CMKM...and this is how CMKM shareholders ended up with the promise of receiving the 50-million shares of Entourage.

One other very interesting point--and I believe Shatzko is telling the truth: he stated that UC, his friends or family have NO, ZERO control or influence over any decisions made by Entourage's management.

I have much, much more to write, however, it will have to wait to later. Sorry!

My update will include:
~When Entourage will start working on claims
~What are the prospects for finding something
~Other CMKM/Entourage related projects
~Shatzko taking a company from .10 cents to $10
~Shatzko's take on the present Entourage stock price of 20 cents
~UC and his not filing
~Entourage compliance with the SEC and other bureaucrats.....and lots more.

On balance, I have had two conversations with Entourage executives and I came away each time with very good vibes.

But I wonder if this is, in fact, a positive post. I smell some positioning in this diatribe that may result in more UC bashing and the claim that this suppossed phone call brought forth "proof" that UC and company really don't own anything. It will be interesting to see his follow-up.

The only potential "negative" implication of this post..

is the ho hum attitude of why the shareholders are receiving the 50 million Entourage shares.

According to this..its just because koch made a new deal..

Now we have "Bud" talking about the CMKX/ENTOURAGE "ties" not being a good thing, and we have CDLIC posting semi positive posts

What fire said. There is already enough UC bashing in there, just in regards to the claims payments. Where did that info come from? How would Entourage personnel know, unless they were fed that info? Why would UC or Koch reveal that info to Entourage?

I just spent about 5 minutes browsing 32 (first time since I deleted my account there) and I am absolutely shocked. Some of the crap there is blatantly slanderous- name calling, false insinuations, flagrant degrading and belittling other posters. I thought it was bad when I left the first time, but it's taken a serious downhill slide since then. I will not waste another minute of my time there.

And I will not pay any heed to anything CDLIC or any of the others who reside there post.

I just don't get it.

I don't know what CDLIC is doing....if he is telling the truth, someone is lying........or vice versa...

Andy says don't listen to anything on the boards....wait for word from the task force.

Am I naive? The task force has NEVER indicated anything but a distribution of assets....no mention of settlement, no indication of significant assets, or anything.

We have no info on the existence of 60k shareholders, nor trillions of NSS shares.

I want to be realistic. A share in Entourages 50, or 45 million shares is nothing. 50 million divided by 703 billion yuk.

So, what do we have? Who can we believe?

I don't know, Portrush. the mods have repeatedly asked that members not bring stuff over from the udder board. Yet it still continues to come. Whether under the guise of asking opinions or whatever the reason, it still continues to arrive.

And given that your header made not mention of the content itself, I was more than a little disappointed to open the thread and realize that I'd opened yet another 66 related thread.

I actually don't mind stuff from the udder board being brought over here. I believe it is in our best interest to always keep an eye on the enemies whoever they might be. It will allow us to understand what their agenda is so that we can battle as needed. I believe this board is grounded enough to handle anything that is out there.

As far as your integrity portrush, it isn't a question in my book. I've known you long enough to know you are solid.
