What did I get Mom for Mothers Day? A hand delivered assortment of plants, and flowers, the size of a garden tub!!! Mom was Soooooo Happy, said it was more beautiful than the roses, my wife, and myself send regularly. Also we try to give her, on an ongoing basis, all the Love that she is so deserving of. In my opinion, I'm the one that made out like a bandit here though, because I've had the blessing of having the most wonderful mother God could have possibly concieved to create!!!! ....AND SHE'S ALL MINE....and my brothers, and my wifes too!!!! I received a beautiful bouqet of roses and cards. The best gift was a quiet meal at home after church with all four of my beautiful children ages 12 - 20. It is getting harder and harder to get all 6 of us to sit down at the dinner table at the same time. I am truly blessed with 4 of the best teens in the world. (Well one just turned 20 so he is officially not a teen anymore)

My daughter called last night. She has to work today and lives in a different city. Son lives in Alaska. He will call tonight, I am sure. I am blessed with two wonderful children. No grandchildren yet. My husband took me out to lunch and to Wal-Mart to buy CMKX cars. lol

My mother and mother-in-law have both passed away so the next in line (my wife) hasn't come back from the shopping center with my daughter . So I still don't know what she bought with the 10 bucks I gave her !! Pete J/K

I was awakened by the family with cards and kisses. And they had candy, a book I wanted and a new journal. My son also made me a 3-D paper flower. It doesn't need water and will last for a long time. I will start writing in the new journal when the next chapter in the CMKX starts with a PR or cash.
I got my Mother some mushy cards and candy. I will be visiting her midweek and take her out for dinner. It is a blessing to have a Mother.
Everyone take good care of yours while you have her. And be nice to someone else's Mother who is gone or to someone's child who no longer has a Mother. This can be a painful reminder for a lot of people.
God Bless and Best to everyone

First...Happy Mothers Day to all CMKX moms! My two children, daughter-in-law and my 8 month old Grandson, Jack to me out for brunch...it was beautiful. Of course Jack was a huge hit...he was the only baby there...thank goodness is was a good boy...no crankiness at all!!
Our table was by big windows with gorgeous views of the mountains! I got flowers, beautiful oyster shell pearls and braclet that are a pretty shade of orange, a shirt with Flamingos (I'm from FLA) and of course last but not least a CMKX car!! My mother is in FLA, and my mother-in-law in St. Louis, so we sent them flowers, cards and of course phone calls! It was a GREAT day...any day that I can spend with my children and grandson is GREAT!! :-)

I got the sheer delight of watching my son eat his first ice cream cone - I actually enjoyed the mess. Too for words. (They gave me flowers too.)
