Sometimes it is tough wishing and receiving a Christmas message when things are so difficult around us. Our minds are centered on the problems that we have, the work that is ahead of us, and the seeming lack of light at the end of the proverbial tunnel. I have been reminded, and I want to give you the same reminder, that even though things seem difficult with our fight in bringing our company back, there are many others in this world that do not have the blessings that we have. During this Christmas season, please help me in remembering the things that should be important to us. Help me in remembering the troops overseas who can’t be with their families; help me in remembering those who have lost everything in recent disasters, and by all means, help me in remembering what the reason is for the celebration we are about to enjoy, The Birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Kevin,
I feel I must speak for those of us who have been seriously financially affected by CMKX and are dealing with the personal problems and catastrophic results it has brought upon our lives not to mention those of us who have also brought friends and family into CMKX and caused them to be affected also.
My husband and I were living a fairly enjoyable life until we bought into the hopes and dreams of CMKX. Since then we have faced job loss and are still after 4 years of waiting, trying to get back on our feet financially and not lose the life we had spent nearly 18 years working so hard for to provide for ourselves and our children.
So while it may seem like a small bump in the road for some it has become a life changing struggle and "series of unfortunate events" for our family and I'm sure so many moree due to our buying into the idea of CMKX making us instant millionaires.
I personally spoke with Urban on the telephone some years ago and he told me flat out that this was real. My prayers are that this is real and that through these struggles God is preparing us for something so much bigger than our original thoughts four years ago when we just were excited to be rich.
I guess it's just that I'm tired and I'm tired of seeing my husband so tired from working so hard, that I feel a little insulted by your insinuation (which I'm sure your didn't mean to do) that we shareholders aren't thinking of the many others who are suffering more than us and that we are only "centered on the problems that we have"
