Not sure why they are asking for more time to serve before they file for the serve by publication. Why not just file to serve by publication now?  |

Looks like they are definately going after the money in the trusts. I don't know how successful they'll be though. After 90 days they'll put a notice in publication(s) and then who knows how long that will take. Do you think they'll read that notice and think "oh.. I'm being served.. I guess I'll just call them and ask where I can pick up my summons" ? Probably not. Why is all this being tied up? Why doesn't Urban just speak up and say all this is for the shareholders and the lawsuit is undermining the distribution of the windup monies. Also, the SEC might be behind all this because it puts the blame for all this on UC and the "insiders" and not on them. What plans to UC and the insiders have for the company? If not to keep all the money? If UC really want the shareholders to believe that he is on their side then he should speak up pretty quickly. If UC's intentions are good then simple statement of that intent would definately put him in favor with the shareholders, and create a massive force against the Tyler boys.

Looks like in half that time they will move for publication. "In the event that service cannot be effected within the next 30-45 days, plantiff will move to serve the summons by publication" Puts us just past the Oct 15th date for the GF clause to be eliminated. Coincidence, I have not a clue but I am sure there will be some uplifiting rumors every two weeks between now and then..... something has to come true with all this effort.

IMO, the only "Strange" signature is the one on the "Motion to enlarge" document....all other seems pretty much the same, with a lot of same shape and letter's angle much the same. The one on the motion to enlarge look like a child signature ! (IMO) |
