I think they would also know that they had better be fair on what they charge, because if they don't handle this NSS issue, and our Entourage divy, we shareholders can sue or revolt against them at any time, if they try to screw us. There is alot at stake here and they had better do us right in the end, after all we have been through. I am talking a fair price, not outrageous amounts. Don't forget the Bevins Act and Rico. We can become a force to be reckoned with and many who have dropped off still read the boards on occasion. Besides that, alot of us got quite a few people in ourselves who own shares too. I have a few friends who bought this stock, so the share count adds up quickly when you think in those terms!

I didn't mean to come off like that, just responding to her thinking that they will take us to the cleaners on lawyer fees. I don't honestly don't think they would, but if they did, they are barking up the wrong tree with me! Be fair and play nice, or I'll bite back, LOL!!!! I've dealt with alot of lawyers and politicians in the last 5 years, and I don't back down from any of them when something really needs to get done, or if I feel they are misappropriating funds or overcharging hours, etc. That's the only successful way I have found to deal with that breed, and I might add, it has worked quite well.

I also want to add that I am behind all of Kevin and Bills' efforts in as much as I understand these events unfolding, and I'm grateful for the hard work and long hours they are putting in to push this to the next level.

Good update? - Sorry - I don't see it.

Next update? - 3 months from now. Now that is not "frequent" as was promised.

New office? - where is it?

Phone numbers? - where are they?

Fax numbers? - where are they?

United shareholder base? - I'm afraid you'll see it dwindling, one by one.

The Paltalk rooms are dead 90 % of the time - there are hardly ever any new and exciting threads on any of the boards - we are turning on each other constantly - it's time to step back, look around and realize we just may have been had and are still being had. The rumblings are getting deeper as I read posts - some are calling for STOCKHOLDER action, some are just turning their backs on the whole mess and walking away.

I have hoped against hope that this was still the "Stockplay of a lifetime", but that hope is fading day by day - now another 3 months before a bone is thrown our way? I see they are working, they think they are gaining ground, but our hope in a glorious and prosperous future - how much more can they bash that? It's like a complete letdown, everytime we hear from Kevin or Bill. I'm seeing no future with this, in my lifetime, and that's not what we were promised when we bought this stock. And there were PR's and statements made by management that were definately PUMPED UP.

I see all these glorious posts of joy and I wonder why ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

I just can't see the joy in waiting another 3 months, then another 3 months, then another 3 months, ad finium, for less than a bone. Shucks, I'm just fed up I guess and soooooo tired of this mess and lack of information. Read that again and tell me what we really have learned - it's lawyeress for:

"Shut up and leave us alone, we are milking this for all it has and you'll get nothing - HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

That dark cloud is hanging over me and everyone else. Our hopes and dreams are gone and anything pitance we would have gotten is going to be eaten up by the legal system. I said that 2 years ago and so far I've been right. I would love to be wrong, and I would love for someone to prove me wrong, but I don't believe it's in the cards for us.

My hope is for the GURU's to be brought down - Why not sic the legal team after them? They could get more out of that - at least in satisfaction - by outting the idiots that have strung us along for over 5 years. What we have been through must be criminal - where are our ciminal attorneys? The financial arm of the legal team is just spinning their wheels, they could not possibly recover enough assets from all these crooks to even give us 1/10th of our original investment back. And that will belong to them for their efforts, not us.

No cheers from me on this Update - just more disappointment in a losing situation we are all in and the sooner we admit it, the better off we'll be.

i undersatand all the frustrations and rightfully so , . but i dont believe for one moment that we were suckered , to many honest, and prestiges ,people involved with this company , i just think that mgnt. could have fed us something to hang onto just to assure us, even just a one liner would have sufficed , instead of all the parables that we have to decipher , it almost sounds like a story from the bible with all the parables we have been fed , , oh well , i just hope i live long enough to see this through, , oh well maybe my grand kids will have a better life , i got 13 of them, god bless them there great kids all of them, love them dearly. god bless them all and cmkm also twt.
