For those worrying that 'lawsuits' means the process is just starting: If one thousand people owe you money, and 950 pay up by the end of March deadline, what do you do about the other 50 ? You sue them.......

FWIW --------- Here it is for those who missed it. ------------------------- Kevin West update to shareholders conversation Jan 31, 2007 Kevin organized a conference call with shareholders; Quebecor, Lucy, Pinky, Ines and Allen Treffery, and gave his permission to pass this on to the boards. The company had planned to put out a PR to shareholders, but at this time, there is an event that needs to take place prior to the filing of the interpleader. Kevin was assured that the event would be handled shortly and the interpleader would be filed at that time and pr also. Once the interpleader is filed, the gates will be opened and the company can move forward and inform shareholders of where we are. It is very clear that any type of action that causes a disruption of our attorneys office would be very harmful for the company and should not be considered. Kevin said that he is in daily communication with Urban, and was recently with him on an all day basis while meetings were taking place. Thanks for everyones opinions in this thread.  hermannmaier0, If all you have posted above is in fact true statements.(and I believe it to be) then the only possible conclusion, is that the inter pleader has now been filed. Guess we will see where it goes from here, and pray for an expedited positive end result for us all. There is a large part of me that feels this is just another formality, as was BF's derivative letter, and we are closer than most may think. AIMO Tony P.  |

Tony, here's to hoping.... my hopes( and quesses) are as good as your's. Those posts were real, ..hopefully the conversation was too. Just wanted to remind folks of that alleged convo, expecially since alleged contents seem to make sense. Maybe the event that needed to happen before the IP was the derivative suit? I wonder if the alleged story with the car accident was true, needed just a few more days...then weeks out of coutesy...then Friz files...then we get communications. One thing is for sure........ I don't see very many more dull moments coming  Looks like we truly may be ramping up to end this, and I still think the news we are getting is behind the time of actuals, and really is a formality at this point. Like making a cake...first you get out all the ingredients, then you mix them all up, now you put them in a pan, at this point you know the end result, and can't wait to pull it from the oven. Ahhhh, now it's out of the oven, and the  down time begins with anticipation of sinking your teeth into it.  I think we are at that down period, and soon we will be sinking it into our pockets, I mean sinking our teeth into it. The aroma is so sweet.  Tony P. |

Tony This is merely a somewhat educated guess on my part. Even with all that has happened so far...... ...I get the sneaking suspicion things are going to appear even
darker for us before we see the light. Not meant in a negative way - I just believe that not every "trick" or option has been used yet....boards like RB are still rife with bashing....and we have yet to see a "true" direction. Yes, I believe there will be a positive outcome for us. It may very well end up being more "po$itive for some than others.  TC and I believe that we, as shareholders, will still have individual choices to make. |

That very well may be a true assesment TC. I think there will be more time involved here, but I don't believe it's going to be as long as it has been. I have faith the individuals involved have all their ducks in a row, and now it's a matter of traveling through the system. as TWT would say, "time will tell". I just hope it's a short time. Tony P. Edit: I'm counting on the crooks giving in to prevent, or minimize personal jail time, and/or fines, and larger entities going quietly to save face. I only hope .. of course IMO. Tony P.  |
