We all saw the "Interlocking" of CMKX made by Subpennyman. It was a nice good work of his. I am not trying to steel his idea nether to bash his work, i was one of the first to take information on his work and that was a pretty nice chart Now is the time to renew it, make a new look that it can be easier to have a fast look at it and all the CMKX's JV and interlocking company flying around us. Now what i need, to do a "Team" work, is peoples that have time and knowledge to feed me informations. And I'd like to know what kind of information you would like to see on that chart. Here is some... About the company (if it is knowned) : Name, Ticker, CEO, OS, Market Cap, acres and # of claims, brief statue of the company, Subsidiary and their CEO..... On the joint venture contract : Money paid, Shares given, % revenue, Date of the JV, Well...most important information on the contract. Institutional Holding: Who, How many shares, Money value. I'm willing to work 24/7 (lol...less sleeping time...) but i need help to draw that chart that we could put here and it could be 49er's property. In order to do that work, i will cut it in part : 1- Need information about CMKX. 2- Need information about JV contracts and companies 3- Need Information about JV subsidiary 4- Need information on Institutional Holding 5- Need Related names. (From Whetstone)  6- Need Operating sites and process ability If you thing of something that would be nice to have in the chart, it is now the time to beat the iron. When ideas will be done, i will start with phase 1 and requesting information on phase 1. Now is the time for brain storming...... Thank you for your help. Any information can be PMed but i would preferred to have it in the thread itself to avoid duplication of information sent and to keep a log of who's idea was. Thank you again. Go4it....Together |

I will be out....for the weekend...no i don't have a wedding lol.. but i'm going for a family picnic and apples picking with my girls, but as soon as i'll come back, i'll work on all information i'll receive. after 5 hrs of solid board work this morning for me and texas both, this is the first time i have to actually read, and go thru my emails.
and trying to do things, looking up things, pm's, its been nuts.. I'll try to add what i can for this list though..

Thanks Tramp. BTW, pretty nice place, and that's why i'm willing to give time away for the making of that chart. What about companies that are on the "fringe". i.e. Ore-Tech who has technology to remove oil from oil sand. No direct links to CMKX but lots of spec-o-lation.

First, i would like to thank all of you that sent me information by mail, PM and directly via this thread.
Now, i declare the phase 1 open....GONGggggg.....
What is phase 1 ?
I need information about CMKX.....CEO, BD, OS, market cap, number of claims and the owner names with the acres(Like ..025 own 200 claims and lease us them for 25$/month...Numbers are not good....just an example), the claims price that CMKX paid for leasing them.... All this information should...Must fit in a 2"x3" rect. So short the hell out of the information....(could not resiste)
As soon as possible, reply to this thread and i will add it to the chart... By the way, i actually started it and it will be a 22"x22" word document in PDF format to be easier to read and print.
